Session Description: Charlene Is a Child and Youth Counsellor with a passion for healthy living. She provides coaching for those wanting to improve their health through eating whole foods and intermittent fasting. Charlene will share with us some of the benefits of fasting from improving metabolic health, reducing negative behaviour patterns and having a deeper spiritual connection. She will also help us to get started and share what it is to live a fasting focused lifestyle.
